This procedure updates a user account with a new FIRST_NAME value. To execute this procedure, the current user must have administrative privileges in the workspace.
Syntax
APEX_UTIL.SET_FIRST_NAME(
p_userid IN NUMBER,
p_first_name IN VARCHAR2);
